Stand up and face the enemy

Well Diary, yet again it has been too long. I'm really sorry. I just re-read my last entry and noticed I pronounced us Mother and Son at the end... so I think I had better let you know that in 13 weeks' time you'll have a little brother :) Congratulations. Lol. Again, too much has happened since my last entry to explain it all, and a lot of it not positive unfortunately. The best thing to come out of the last year is obviously my son, who is due July 13th (2008). I'm 27 weeks now so not that far to go now really.

Yes, FattysRus I know!! I'm such a weeble. Lol. Talking of weebles, I really want to find Bambi a weeble house, they were ace. Oh yes, I'm calling him Bambi til he's born... as in short for Bambino, and it's just cute lol. He is accumulating lots of Bambi stuff actually lol, he has a big bambi teddy, a little bambi teddy, bambi stickers for his scrapbook, a bambi and thumper mug with little bambi and thumper teddies....... yes and he's only -13 weeks old! Lol.

Anyway, his actual name is most likely to be Taylor Jack. I also considered Caleb Jack and Bradley Jack (Jack being the middle name) for quite a while, but I have friends who have children with both of those names and I want something that is just his.

I don't know which side of the world we'll be living on, but we're currently back in England and he will be born here. I'd like to say we'll be going back to Sydney and be with his dad but at the moment things are complicated, and I don't really want to go into it. All I can do is hope I suppose. For now I'll just concentrate on my baby and hopefully keep myself from crying too often cos I know it isn't good for him.

I use an amazing parenting forum now where I have met some of the best friends I've ever had and don't know where I'd be without it. Actually, I'm staff on this forum and we set it up ourselves as there were problems with the old one we were on. I went on a Newcastle meet a couple of weeks ago, and have a Leeds meet in another week or two. Am staying over at one of the girls' houses the night before so should be fun.

Bambi is already engaged. He's so lucky. He's already a toyboy at -13weeks!! She is beautiful. The lovely Pie (aka Lola) ......

Oooo and I've got a 4D scan in 3 days!!!!! I've been counting down for 8 weeks (since I booked it) and it's gone really really fast. I can't wait. I'm actually going to see my son properly whilst he's still inside me. It's bizarre!!! Can't wait to get the DVD :D I will come on and post the pictures Diary, don't worry.

So this time he'll be 8 weeks older!! And obviously in 3D as well so I'll be able to see exactly what he's doing. It's ace the way you can see them yawning and sucking their thumbs n stuff. Makes it so hard to believe that that is living inside your stomach! Pregnancy is just one of the most amazing things in the world. It's so weird! How do they just grow from next to nothing? And their body forms perfectly basically all by itself :S It's mad.

I think I want three children, but whether or not this will happen is a different story. You need a man to have children unfortunately :( I'd ideally like my son, and then two daughters. Would love twin girls, as hard work as that would be, would still love to do it. Lol.

Anyway Diary, I'll get back to you on Thursday after my 4D scan when I've seen what my son looks like!! Argh! Can't wait xxxxxxxxx
